Sponsor
Solstice Athletics, operator of solsticeathletics.com and @solsticeathletics on Instagram. Questions: https://www.solsticeathletics.com/pages/contact.
Entry period
October 12, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time through October 26, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Entries received at or after the closing time are not eligible. Instagram's recorded comment time determines timely entry.
Who can enter
Legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at entry. Sponsor's owners, employees, anyone administering this giveaway, and their immediate families or household members are not eligible. Void outside the eligible area and where prohibited. An Instagram account is required; creating one is free. The MEN and WOMEN prize pools describe apparel, not the entrant's gender. Any eligible person may choose either pool.
How to enter
During the entry period, complete all three steps:
- Like the original October 12 giveaway post on @solsticeathletics.
- Tag your crew: leave one comment on that post that mentions one or more real friends by their Instagram handles and contains MEN or WOMEN to select your prize pool. Example: MEN @friend.
- Follow @solsticeathletics on Instagram.
Choose exactly one prize pool. Existing followers may enter. Sharing, buying, extra comments and extra tags do not earn additional entries or improve your chances. Do not tag yourself or another person as appearing in a photograph when they do not appear in it.
Limit one entry per person across both prize pools and all accounts. Only your first complete, eligible comment counts. The friends you mention are not automatically entered. Your entry must remain accessible for verification through winner selection. No review, positive statement about Solstice, photo, video or Story share is required. Automated entries and attempts to enter through multiple identities are ineligible. By entering, you agree to these rules.
Two prizes
MEN pool: one Momentum Tank in Navy ($68) and one Momentum Short in Grey ($98). One winner. Approximate retail value: $166. The winner chooses a size separately for each garment from S, M, L or XL.
WOMEN pool: one Persistence Crop Tee in White ($68) and one Persistence Bike Short in Dark Blue ($88). One winner. Approximate retail value: $156. The winner chooses a size separately for each garment from XS, S, M or L.
Total approximate retail value: $322 USD. Standard shipping to a valid address in the eligible area is included. No payment or shipping fee is required to claim a prize. Any personal tax obligations are the winner's responsibility. Prizes are not transferable and have no cash alternative. No purchase or future promotion participation is required to receive a prize.
Selection and notification
On October 27, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from each prize pool's eligible entries. Each eligible entry has an equal chance within its chosen pool; odds depend on the number of eligible entries in that pool. No person can win both prizes. A pool with no eligible entries has no winner.
Sponsor will contact potential winners by Instagram direct message from @solsticeathletics only. Each potential winner must respond within 72 hours and confirm age, eligible residence, shipping information and garment sizes. If a potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, or declines, Sponsor will draw an alternate from the same pool. Sponsor will never request payment, a password, a verification code or payment-card details. Prizes will ship within 30 days after eligibility and shipping details are confirmed.
Privacy and results
Entry handles and comments are public on Instagram. Sponsor uses entry and winner information to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility and fulfill prizes under its privacy policy: https://www.solsticeathletics.com/pages/privacy-policy. Entering does not subscribe you to email or text marketing. Confirmed winner handles may be announced on @solsticeathletics. Winner information can also be requested through the contact page after October 27 and before December 1, 2026. No further endorsement or content submission is required of a winner.
Platform and administration
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, each participant releases Instagram and Meta from responsibility and claims arising from this giveaway to the extent permitted by law.
