SHIPPING AND DELIVERY DETAILS
Standard processing time for orders is 5-7 business days for processing and dispatch. Orders placed after 10:00 AM (PST) may be processed the following business day. Processing and shipping times may extend during special collection launches, holidays, and peak seasons. Please note that we are unable to modify the shipping address or method once the order label has been printed or the item(s) have shipped.
AMENDMENT OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
Changes to the shipping address or method cannot be changed once the order label has been printed or the item(s) shipped. An email containing tracking information will be sent to the provided email address upon shipment. Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once it leaves our warehouse.
U.S. SHIPPING OPTIONS AND CHARGES
Solstice provides standard ground shipping for all orders shipped within the United States. Orders typically arrive within 4-7 business days once dispatched from our Los Angeles distribution center. Shipping costs for other purchases are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the estimated weight of your package. Your order will automatically be upgraded to air delivery during checkout for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please note that we are unable to consolidate separate orders into a single shipment, and we do not ship to PO boxes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS AND CHARGES
International shipping rates are determined during checkout based on your location and the estimated weight of your package.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION
To ensure delivery by December 23 within the continental United States, opt for 2-day shipping at checkout by December 15. Solstice accepts no liability for delays caused by carriers.
FAILED DELIVERY/RETURNED PACKAGES/ABANDONED PACKAGES
If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address and/or phone number, it will be returned to Solstice at the customer's expense. If the recipient is absent during delivery attempts, the package will be held at a local FedEx center for pickup. Failure to collect the package will result in it being returned to Solstice at the customer's expense.
For international customers, refusing receipt of the package will result in it being returned to Solstice at your expense, including shipping costs, duties, and taxes incurred. This amount will be deducted from any refund due. Packages held at customs for 30 days will be deemed abandoned. Customers forfeit the right to exchange or refund orders for abandoned packages.
DAMAGED/OPENED PACKAGING
If your package arrives damaged or opened, please photograph the damage before inspecting the contents. Initiate a claim through the courier and contact us at info@solsticeathletics.com.
RETURN POLICY
All returns will be issued in store credit, and products must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unworn, unaltered, free from any odors or fragrances, include all tags, and be in resalable condition, as determined at the sole discretion of Solstice. If items do not meet these criteria, they will be sent back to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in a resalable condition.

All sale products are considered final sale, without exceptions.
We do not accept returns of Solstice products purchased from our retail partners. Please contact the original point of purchase for assistance.

To initiate a return please navigate to the support page and provide your order details. Returns require a valid email address, name associated with the order, order number, and reason for the return. Once submitted, we will get in touch via email with the return details and instructions.

Full-priced items purchased online are eligible for exchange within 7 days of order receipt. Final sale items cannot be exchanged. If the desired item is unavailable, follow the steps for returning the item(s) for a store credit.

REFUNDS TO STORE CREDIT
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed. All returns will be issued in store credit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
